Q: Do your prints come with the logo still on them?
A: Nope! All prints will arrive to you logo free.
Q: 6"x9"/8"x12"/12"x18" are odd sizes. Why not offer normal 5"x7"/8"x10"/11"x14" sizes?
A: Simple, it's math! Many cameras (including mine) shoot photos with an aspect ratio of 3:2. The aspect ratio for a 5"x7" photo is, as the size suggests, 7:5. For an 8"x10" it is 5:4. And for an 11"x14" it would be 7:5.5. As such, I would have to not only crop the images to get them to fit into those sizes, I would have to crop them differently for each different size. A 5"x7" print would look different than an 8"x10" print. As I want to offer a consistent product across all sizes, I decided to offer my prints as 6"x9", 8"x12", and 12"x18". Many frame shops offer both mats and frames in these sizes.
Q: Do you offer any other sizes for your prints?
A: At this time no other sizes are offered but should there be enough expressed interest in other sizes (in so long as they, once again, are sizes with a 3:2 aspect ratio), I will look at reconsidering this decision.
Q: How long until my order ships?
A: All attempts will be made to get your order out the door as soon as possible. However, it may take up to 5 business days to fulfill the order. Any delays longer than this will be accompanied by an email to the address listed on the order explaining the issue. Any known order fulfillment delays will be noted in the announcement banner at the top of the page.

Q: I ordered a 12"x18"/Panorama and a smaller sized print and was charged twice for shipping. Why?
A: 12"x18"/Panorama prints will be shipped separately from all other prints as they will be shipped in a tube to protect them. Multiple 12"x18"/Panorama prints will all ship together in the same tube with no additional charge. All other prints will come in a flat mailing envelope.
